Initially, the client was utilizing a manual attendance system and they required a fast and
accurate attendance management device.
There was also a need for a touchless attendance device due to the covid situation.
Due to the manual attendance system, authentication of the data was a difficult task.
Real time reports regarding the availability of manpower was needed.
OT management was also required by the client.

Client started using our device with the ‘Basic’ Plan, to manage the attendance of their
workforce. It simplified multiple devices management and employee mapping in an organisation.

suitable for start-ups and enterprises with varying attendance management needs.
Kent device could capture accurate recognitions (check-ins) for error free calculation of paid
days. Authentication of data was no more a problem.
Client was able to schedule real time reports directly into your inbox via automated schedule.
Attendance data can be integrated using API, webhook, ftp and database.
All the required help regarding the attendance management needs was provided. The client could
define generation, approval and claim policies for different types of leaves.
