Challenges With Previous System

  1. Client employed the conventional fingerprint system before the pandemic situation. Later, they started looking for an accurate touchless system to ensure safety of the workers.
  2. Client found it quite difficult to purchase a system which could connect with their “GEM” portal.
  3. Certain changes were made in the hierarchy which led to modifications in the entire work culture of the organization. And, they were looking out for an apt solution, for customization of reports, to get clear idea of employee working scenarios.
  4. They wanted one of our exclusive features, “On-Premises” to track employees' attendance.
  5. Integration with HRMS is what they needed.
  6. They were unsatisfied and annoyed with the existing support service and wanted an alternative and robust support.

  3. We could successfully provide them customized reports as per their HR needs, for unique requisites.
  4. We offered them with the ‘On-Premises’ facility. Now, they can make use of ‘On-Premises’ application to enroll the employees and track their attendance.
  5. We integrated with their HRMS/payroll software “Adrenalin”. The integration has been processed at their end using the ‘On-Premises’ database.
  6. Our development team and support centre were providing them the required support and resolving all their queries efficiently.
