Challenges With Previous System

  1. Client wanted to embrace a new technology, which makes them future-ready. So, they thought to shift from a Fingerprint System to Face Recognition.
  2. Client manufactures carpets and their labour force is skilled in handcraft, thus making fingerprint attendance marking challenging. So, the previous system captured incorrect employee attendance, and it used to put question mark on attendance marking and its regularization.
  3. Labour would workday and night as per the production requirements, so client needed a dedicated shift management solution to handle multiple shifts effortlessly.
  4. The data count on their employee OT reports was not accurate, leading to frequent discrepancies.
  5. The sales manager and sales executive had to conduct field meetings. So, the client was looking for a comprehensive mobile app-based attendance marking solution.
  6. Quarterly audits required accurate and transparent data generation. So, they were looking for something that would make their job easy at the time of audit.


  1. Post a successful demo spanning over a month, they called our sales executive and gave positive feedback about Kent CamAttendance.
  2. For employees working in shifts, we provided them with a robust solution which had a flexible shift management module catering to all their customized requirements.
  3. We also provided them with customized OT reports. This has made the current system so smooth that even approval from superiors is quick. These reports are accurate and transparent, hence leading to satisfaction amongst employees.
  4. Tracking and creating meetings and assigning tasks to every sales employee on a daily basis has become feasible, using the employee mobile app.
  5. Created and maintained multiple attendance policies based on the occurrences of exceptions like Half-Leave (HLF) etc. as per their new process.
  6. Kent also integrated their cloud platform to client’s existing HRMS software for leaves and payroll-related requirements.
