Challenges With Previous System

  1. Client was not happy with their old fingerprint system. They were looking for a new attendance system which could keep up with the new technology and give them accurate results.
  2. The employees were at different locations and collating the accurate data for all in a centralised location was challenging.
  3. It was noticed that the employees were frequently taking half day leaves and with their existing system keeping a track was a difficult task. There was a need for employee leave policies based on the categories and departments they were working in.
  4. Multiple shift management was also a daunting task which needed to be resolved.

Solutions

  1. Kent offered them a touchless facial recognition attendance system which could provide accurate and error-free reports. Client started using the device with our ‘Basic’ Plan.
  2. The device could successfully create multiple check-in locations for employee App for employees working from field. Device offered them the option to create visits for sales employees and monitor their assigned tasks.
  3. Kent device was used to create multiple attendance policies based on the occurrence of exceptions like HLF. Now, there was defined rule-based discipline policy for attendance exception and absenteeism.
  4. Client was able to dynamically assign a shift to the employees based on the employees In time. Building optimal shift schedules using automated scheduling was also possible.
