Challenges With Previous System

  1. Previously, the client was using the conventional Fingerprint attendance system but switched to touchless Kent attendance device during Covid.
  2. There was a need for software integration for data collection.
  3. Mapping employees working at different location was quite challenging. Client was looking for a vendor having support and services on Pan India basis.
  4. Configuring their ongoing business policies was also a big concern as their existing system lacked flexibility.


  1. Kent Cam Attendance device is a touchless facial recognition device. Client opted to use our device and started with the ‘Basic’ Plan.
  2. With the client’s internal ERP integration was done and processed data could be generated. Our Kent device could be integrated with their HRMS software using Webhook. Also, API integration with ZING Hr was successfully done.
  3. Managing multiple devices, and employees at multiple locations using one cloud portal was successfully achieved.
  4. Utilizing our flexible attendance system, onboarding of employees has now become user-friendly and easy to manage.
  5. Overall, device management is easy. Currently, they have got 40 devices, but are planning to increase it to 250 in future.
