Challenges With Previous System

  1. The overall business scenario and the work pattern radically altered with the onset of covid. Consequently, client needed to make a shift from a fingerprint system to a touchless face recognition system.
  2. Client’s expectation from the new system was to attain a comprehensive solution for all their HR needs in a timely and accurate manner.
  3. The punching in and out data generated was never accurate. Incorrect data used to make HR work more cumbersome, thereby increasing their workload.
  4. There was a need for audio message options in different languages.
  5. Proper shift management of employees was a difficult task which required a simplified solution.

Solutions

  2. A Touchless face-based attendance system with high accuracy and error-free reports was offered to them to meet the daily needs of HR department.

  4. To ascertain employees of their punching activity, system generated audio greetings were designed in both English and Hindi languages.
