Challenges With Previous System
During covid times, the expectations of the market changed drastically. There was a need for
transformation from fingerprint to facial recognition attendance system. They were looking for a
virus-free safe system for their employees.
They were looking for an Employee Mobile app feature for effortless use.
They intended to give Admin rights to concerned people in the hierarchy, location-wise, which
became a huge challenge for them.
Reports were needed as per the exception policies for every employee monthly.
Solutions
KENT CamAttendance being a touchless facial recognition system was their ultimate choice. Client
started using our ‘Basic’ plan to fulfil all their attendance related needs.
We have provided them with a dedicated Employee Mobile App feature. The development team
provided all the required technical support to the client as and when needed.
Utility of our device made it possible to assign admin rights location-wise, company-wise, and
department-wise, for all the employees.
As there were organizational changes, we helped them by creating multiple attendance policies
based on the occurrence of exceptions.
